One of our clients was introduced to us by their accountant and one of the prime banks, needing major help within thirty days, or the bank was going to start proceedings to start foreclosure.

These clients were under enormous pressure and weren’t getting help with a solution from anywhere. They had two major hotels with poker machine licenses. One of the hotels having major redevelopment upgrades. The third property was a large cafeteria.

We were able to sort out their lending situation as follows.

• Paying out their existing facilities with a better rate.

• Setting up an overdraft for working capital.

• Extra loan facilities for future developments which were later utilised to great effect and profits been channelled into there working capital.
